....I'm stuck at work....NO way to get off early...just started this long-term temp job last week and everyone else except my immediate boss took off work today and I'm pretty sure my poor little one isn't gonna be alive when I get home this afternoon....I took her to the vet and he gave her a shot of antibiotics and some more drops to give her twice a day...she seemed better after the shot but has continued to decline ever since....her eyes this mornin' were all caked up and she was barely breathin'...I had to take her to her water bowl...she finally drank some...but wouldn't eat anything at all....I've been so damn worrried about her...yesterday when I came home was the first time since I saved her from freezin' and starvin' to death in mid Dec...that she didn't come to greet me when I came home....she's had such a hard life..she fought back from near starvation and now is dyin' from a cold or flu she got when I took her to have her and her brother to have 'em fixed...
