11. Me too
I'm not Catholic, but I cannot pull myself away from the TV. Flame me if you must - I don't agree with many of his social views, but I still greatly admire this man for his opposition to the war and for his fight against Communism. I am very emotional about this. I was 17 when he was elected and remember watching the proceedings with interest. Maybe I'm harkening back to that time because my parents were still alive and I watched it with them; I don't know. I just know I'm very upset today, surprisingly so.
