Comparatively, the Floyd were not heavy drug users (apart from Barrett's overuse of LSD). In fact, mason and Waters never even experimented with drugs during the Syd era. Well, Rick Wright did do quite a bit of blow in the 70's, but that's about it. I guess they get the "drug music" stigma since they carved their niche in experimental music early on.
