Re-read my initial thread. I have felt the same way throughout my experience on DU, and have said so often, sometimes to the opprobrium of the masses. Like I have said here, I have had it, with week after week of her pulling this kind of stuff, or Rush making fun of Wesley Clark as "Ashley Wilkes," or of Chelsea. Ann, like her colleagues, is a cheap bully. The one thing they can't stand is ridicule. They can dish it out, but not take it. She has dished it out, time and again, on the physical attributes of those she hates (a long list - checked out her comments on Norman Mineta, a BUSH appointee, and an Asian-American?). Please place your sympathies elsewhere, with all due respect (I mean that). And I will be back with you to condemn this kind of ad hominem attack on DU for those who did not initiate it. It's not just that she started it. It's that she can't handle it. Time for ridicule, with all due respect. And, there's more than a bit of truth in these posts.
