Edited to add--all you've managed to do is alienate another board member with your condescending post. A smiley didn't do anything but tell me you are passive aggressive.
Just in case you didn't know--it's rude to correct others the way you have, under the guise of being helpful, by adding a smiley to a rude post. I also daresay if you didn't have the anonymity of the web I doubt you would be so snarky.
