youth through their daughters and don't think about the consequences of doing so. They (sadly) think it is cute...
The kind of women you will find allowing their little girls to dress like this, are the same you may find getting them into those awful pageants before they are old enough to even know what is going on.
Again, reliving their youth, or trying to capture something they missed and desperately wanted through their daughters...
(at least that's my theory...;) )
Not all moms of course. Just enough of them to buy the crap and make it popular enough for the retailers to continue making and selling it.
