You know...I have seen people smoke while pumping gas...and those who leave their engines running even though the signs at every gas station say..

"Turn off your engine"
"Do no smoke"

I feel bad for this gal but "freak accident"...this is called stupidity...at 19 she should have had a basic understanding that gas is flammable and that playing with a lighter while pumping gas is stupid.

I can't imagine the pain she is in...I did some work in a burn unit years ago as part of a study. Burns are some of the worst injuries to suffer.
