110. While I think she's a little overdone
hair and makeup-wise, and the outfit is absurd, I've seen worse. However, to those saying she looks fine and buff and all that, let me point out that, in this heavily-airbrushed photo, you can still see the bones in her upper arms and in her thighs clearly. If the photo were not airbrushed, you'd see every bone in her upper chest also standing out. That IS quite thin. Some people are that way naturally, and more power to 'em - if that's their natural body style, then that's attractive FOR THEM. However, for someone with a more average-type body, it isn't attractive to try to force your body to look like that. The vast majority of humans can't be that thin and remain healthy. She may be one of the minority who can.

It's pushing this as an ideal FOR EVERYONE that is sickening and wrong - she personally is not sickening, and neither are other naturally-slim or naturally-rounded folks. Being HEALTHY is attractive, and different folks will be healthy at different weights.
