7. He's the only character I've ever seen who could pull of lines like:

"I loved the little tacos. I loved them good."
and
"Yaaaaaaay! We're doomed!"

and the following exchanges:

Zim: Quiet, Gir! Do you want to wake up the whole planet?
Gir: ... I do.

Zim: Gir, I've been captured!
Gir: Yaaaaay!
Zim: No Gir, that's bad.
Gir: Yaaaaay!
Zim: Gir, I need you to listen very very very very very very closely. Okay?
Gir: *sips on his drink for a moment, and then looks up* What?
