Not to worry. This is a good thing. You need a little edge in your life to keep sharp (no pun intended). I am 57 and I remember the restlessness, the cat on a hot tin roof feeling. Think of it this way: you have your whole life and a great life before you. Take a deep breath, consider the good things in your life, get rid of the bad and relax. I'm glad I'm the age I am but I'd love to go back to your age with the knoweldge and experience I have now. Take what you have and use it! :-) Also, be thankful... I had a good friend with two little girls who passed away from breat cancer at your age...'nough said!
