Reply #32: I rewatched "Watchmen" last night on Blue Ray dvd. [View All]

I ordered it last weekend from Amazon and they offered a free 24 hour streaming video and so I watched it then and it even looked good as streaming video on my 50' plasma using my Roku box (I also have available thousands of streaming movies, tv series, and documentaries through Netflix as well as getting 3 Blue Ray dvds each week). I never read the graphic novel so I was not familiar with the story or characters, so it's taken a couple of watchings to understand what is going on. It had good action and special effects that looked good on Blue Ray. It wasn't the greatest movie I had ever seen, but I didn't feel it wasted my time.

That's a great feature about the Netflix streaming videos--I've started watching a good number of movies that looked interesting but were a waste of time so I just switched them off and picked something else since it wasn't costing me anything.
