Something AT&T does that bugs me!

Does this bother anyone else?

AT&T hires vendors to deliver their phone books. Then they call you to confirm that the books were delivered. (Other phone book companies do this too, but today I'm ranting about AT&T).

So, if AT&T doesn't trust it's own vendors to deliver the product they are being paid to deliver, exactly WHAT does that say about the individuals that AT&T is sending to my front door?

I think it's horrible that AT&T follows up and bugs its customers asking if their vendors did their job, especially when they call and wake me up!
