9. When I was 6 my dad was transferred to London as a Naval attache.
It was 1957, and our temporary billet was in a London cold water flat. I remember to this day how miserable I was until Mom turned on the small black and white TV that came with the apartment; and there it was, I Love Lucy. I've always had a soft spot for the show since that day.
