2. Curried Sweet Potato Salad

It's been one of my Thanksgiving traditions for several years since I first had it at a little, out-of-the-way restaurant in north Georgia when a friend & I were up there camping / hiking. We loved it so much that she called the restaurant and begged them for the recipe, and they gave it to her.

Other sides will be homemade yeast rolls, mashed potatoes (with my turkey / orange gravy), fresh cranberry sauce, green bean cassarole, and my mushroom pecan stuffing.

Nom, nom, nom!
