Does anyone have any info on where to recycle Canon ink cartridges?

For a few years, where I work, we've been sending our used ink cartridges back to HP under their recycling program. You order free, postage paid envelopes at their website and send the used cartridges back to them, free of charge.

We recently bought a Canon printer and I can't find anyplace on their website where they offer this service. I've gotten so used to sending the used HP cartridges back that I don't want to start throwing these used cartridges in the trash. Does anyone have any experience with returning them for recycling?
