heard of this but not to that extent from what I have heard from my mother a nurse of over 30 years, not this election but from the 2002 elections. One or 2 of the patients family members wanted there mother and or fatter to vote in it because they voted all there lives. problem was both were in the alltimers unit and they came with absentee forms for them. now i don't know there swing left or right but that is a disturbing none the least. ( + these people weren't just forgetting minor things it was advanced. )
