... but the minute he steps out of line by saying that a democracy in Iraq isn't a bad thing, and Bush is largely responsible for it, we call him a traitor.

Are we that anal about ideological purity that we can't even take a little disagreement from a man who never claimed to be a Democrat?

Read his book "When You Ride Alone You Ride With Bin Laden" you'll find out that he is about as left as it comes.
