Hillary salivating over Bush's new powers?

I believe Hillary Clinton to be a power-mad individual. If she should be elected President in 2008, I fear that she would not begin deconstructing the grotesque abuse-of-power infrastructure that the Bush administration has put into place. My suspicion is that she would preserve and use the powers which Bush has shifted to the executive branch, bringing them down hard on those who oppose her and her agenda.
