<FL Gubernatorial race for those unfamiliar with the name.>

I got a mailer the other day about Jim Davis' horrible record with regard to working families. I didn't even bother to look up the group sponsoring the advertisement.

So last night I get a phone call from some guy asking me if I knew Jim Davis' had voted against a minimum wage increase, he's awful for working families, blah, blah, blah...and would I be willing to tell other people about it?

I responded, "No, I'm not comfortable with doing that. The bill to which you were referring had amendment issues that undermined the integrity of the legislation and you should be ashamed of yourself for participating in negative campaigning. Please go work for a candidate, not against one."

I can't believe such a nice young man would hang up on me.
