08 Will be Gov Dull vs Gov More Dull, because

41% of citizens 18 and older have decided that 1 party rule is out
and split government is safer (thanks to Rove & co). Those in the
know will realize it is the WH or the Congress. So I think the old
chestnuts will sit out 08 and wait for 2012, leaving the field to
Gov Vilsack(DEM) of Iowa (Dull) and Gov Pataki(REP) of NY (More Dull) and.....

the sleeper candidate who will target the 59% who did not even
show up at the polls, NYC Mayor Blumberg(IND).
