It's kinda like the situation with Johann Bruneel. Johann Bruneel was considered the uber Director Sportif of pro-cycling - as long as Lance Armstrong rode for his team. Once Lance retired, well - Bruneel is revealed to be only human after all....
Carville was the golden boy of political strategy as long as he was working to elect the Big Dawg... So - was it really the charisma of the Big Dawg and NOT SO MUCH Carville's brilliance after all?
Methinks he whines too much about the "irrelevence" of Dr. Dean!
