Poll question: Is Dean In or Out?

Please help me, I'm confused. Is Dean In or Out? Isn't he already on the ballot in all 50 states? Didn't he say he's still in, but won't be actively campaigning? (Ran out of money?). If Dean made some roaring comeback, couldn't he win on Super Tuesday? I like Kucinich and Edwards sort of and liked Dean (grudgingly) since he said "multinational corporation" at least 12 times on national television (you can't argue with success), so who knows?

So is Dean In or Out?
