Hillary needs to stop now. Of the two spectaular failures offered up for our choice, one should drop out now, and the logical one to do so is Hillary.

By doing so, the following will be avoided:

Pissing off entire younger generations of voters that are Obmamists. They need to have their guy this time, and if we don't give it to them, we will not have these younger voters around any longer.

Obama will be able to devote all his time to defending himself against the Republican machine. Every day this goes on now makes him a weaker candidate than he already is.

By Hillary being out, the blame of the loss of the election in November will be somewhat forgotten, and some healing can occur. Every day she stays in, the alienation, division, and damage intensifies to our party. If she stays in till the convention, we run a serious risk of becoming a very fractured party.

I am not even remotely confident that Obama will win, but we need to clean up the mess at hand. Get one candidate. That one should be Obama. He has the following of youth and promised "change".

It is a very sad and pathetic situation we find ourselves in, but Hillary needs to drop out to keep the party from making a mistake that will promise to haunt us for years.
