Can we sustain this until election day?

Still a ton of time between now and November 4th. I remember how great we felt shortly after Obama won the nomination, however, McCain went hard at him and brought his poll numbers down. Will that happen again this time? I expect McCain to get desperate in the final hours of the campaign, but will it be enough to stall Obama's poll numbers and push this into a race again?
