33. Right Size, Wrong Shape
I like the idea of getting more blacks involved in the workings of the party...these folks have been the salvation for the Democrats in recent elections. Without them there wouldn't be the big margins in the Blue states and the party wouldn't have gotten as close in Ohio & Florida...and a group that was all but ignored during the last campaign. Keep ignoring them at our own peril. We need someone who can help get these folks out to the polls and work to make sure their votes count.

I think Kwame Nfume of the NAACP might fit this bill better. He's a former Congressman and head of the CBC and an incredible organizer.
