8. Don't hold your breath...

The court may be able to delay the certification, but don't expect the court itself to "declare a new winner". I'm all for delaying the official certification until the issues can be investigated, but I think that in the end, the legislature and executive branches should be the ones to certify the election (as is the law in that state). IMHO, this would just heap another issue (seperation of powers) onto already screwed up electoral process.
