I think they're doing this to keep people focused on partisanship instead of what's right for the country. Which, btw, is very small thinking in my view.

More and more people are comparing this to Watergate, another Republican scandal. They would rather have it focused on a Democrat scandal. I was talking to a Republican the other day and he made a comment to me that Clinton, by getting caught in a sex scandal was the worst thing in the world. And to me, it wasn't even close to the worst thing! Yes, it was embarassing for Clinton but it really wasn't a big deal!

It's just another example of partisanship and to focus on partisanship vs. what's good for the country is really an example of small thinking and small minds............
