97. Did the GOP "outsmart" themselves

and will we Dems be able to turn HEALTH CARE, and more particularly SINGLE PAYER UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE into our winning issue for 2006 and 2008 - especially as employer paid health insurance just becomes a dim memory of our collective youth?
