Does Kerry have a commitment problem? It is not like this thing has not been around for years to evaluate. Damned, the guy is in the Senate and he is paid to be current on this stuff. What a joke? The old boilerplate, I will study the issue when I am in office. The guy is in office. I find the remarks insulting and a failure of service as a Senator.
