Like you said, there will be no concensus candidate, and he is brought forth on the third or fourth ballot as a "savior"... I can see it happening, EXCEPT for his health and his age.

Or, maybe (as it totally appears) he's found a way to live without a heart altogether... in which case he might be their PERFECT candidate.

I've broken out in hives as I wrote this... back after a dip in the hydro-cortisone!
