79. White-wash Mai Lai, whitewash WMD in Iraq. The quy hasn't changed.
He hadn't even been in the unit at the time of the Mai Lai massacre yet he found it important to say that US servicemen in that unit responsible and the Vietnamese had excellent(!) relationships.
He made outrageous claims at the UN knowing that what he was saying was at best suspect and at worst just plain fabricated falsehoods.
Unless I was planning on painting a fence in Hannibal Missouri, I'd not want him around.
