Did Bill Clinton ever really balance the budget? I was watching the debates the other week and was wondering what Gravel was getting at when he was talking about Clinton changing some bookkeeping practice and basically staging a "balanced " budget by taking social security receipts off of being accounted for as debt and moving it onto some newly created category. The research I did seems to back that up and if so; if Clinton's balanced budget was truly faked for our benefit, then this means that the NAFTA sellout wasn't his worse act as president, his entire presidency was as fake as Bush's. LOSER!
