5. consolation from a nader supporter
as someone who was active in getting third parties on the ballot here, I can tell you that it looks doubtful that Nader will get on WV's ballot. The legislature changed the rules making access harder. So that may break the tie ever so slightly in your favor.

Like the DINOs they are, the wv made it possible for the GOP to still make the presidentail ballot here, despite the 9-11 NYC expoitatiofest nominating Bush after the deadline. In other words they change rules in favor of Republicans, but crack down on all third parties
