25. She apparently doesn't think
Obama can win. So, why would she take such a deal? He can't nominate her if he's not in office.

He will be in office, though. So, if she takes such a deal (and, I would if I were her---lifetime appointment, from which she could still run for POTUS if she desired) it says that she now believes that he will win.
