The upcoming Atlantic Story, for example, which is based on heaviling on internal Hillary memos portrays her as incompetent for refusing to follow Mark Penn's advice:

My take is that there is no way Hillary encouraged the release of memos that make Mark Penn look right, and her incompetent.
