11. How can a politician from outside

with zero authority to give directions much less orders going to do with a CAT3 Hurricane bearing down on them?

For McCain or anyone else to go there now is simply grandstanding and interfering with official business.

Once the storm has passed, then render whatever assistance you can in the way of bodies of volunteers, cash, food, water etc. but for G-d's sake stay out of the damned way!
