Gore and/or Kerry to praise President Obama, Bill Clinton, or JFK. You do all of them a injustice IMO.

All of them are cooler in their own way. Sure, President O is cool. I think way, way, cooler than BC, with more class and integrity. It also shows that you swallowed a lot of media lies, RW talking points about Gore and Kerry.

As the poster posted above (paraphrasing), it's impossible to not be cool by winning a Nobel Peace Prize, Oscar, Grammy, Emmy, throwing a big concert for Climate Change, or receiving an NAACP lifetime achievement aka Chairman Award.

It's also impossible to not be cool by becoming one lawmaker to expose more government corruption than any other lawmaker in modern history, having a alternative rock group name an album after you (aka Foo Fighters--In Your Honor, 2005), having The Boss write a song about you when you were a soldier back in 1971, or being actually charismatic in person. Oh wait, the media said that charisma was there in 2000, but none in 2004.

Just because Gore and Kerry are serious, honest politicians, activists and are not cool American Idol, rock star-like Democrats like PO or President Clinton, doesn't mean they are doofuses who should be tossed in a recycling bin.

Everyone has a definition of what being cool really is. I happen to think that any Democrat who stand up and does the right thing is cool in my book. :)
