broken-hearted....deeply disappointed in my fellow man (republicans not calling bs on this crap- not putting a stop to it but stoking the fire)....sad to see people choosing to cling to hate instead of accept their fate (they lost, the country has moved on without them, they are not the "majority" anymore, there are different colored people among us and one of them got elected -- apparently this is much more shocking than I anticipated or understand, etc).

It's all overwhelming.

I'm trying to spend an hour or so a day doing something comforting and positive-- gardening, baking, etc. sounds stupid, but it's all I got. If I let them take joy and hope, they would win -- so spite is carrying me forward:-)
