165. Dennis Kucinich isn't the problem. The problem with Kucinich is that he
is also not the solution.

Being correct on issues just doesn't meet threshold. You have to be effective. You have to get something done.

He's run twice for president and has influenced the debate to one degree or another. He has great supporters. I like the fighter in him a lot.

But he is not effective. He does not work to build coalitions of the sort that pass effective legislation.

I honor Kucinich and the fighting tradition he represents but I also realize that he is not going to be the voice who advances that tradition very far.

I wish he were.
