Geraldo: 96% of all legal residents under the age of 65 will be covered under this bill - that is compared to the 83% that we have right now. About one third of the remaining 18 million people under the age of 65 who are left uninsured would be the illegal aliens.

Michael Steele: So what about the other 4%? Why can't we cover them?

Geraldo: I would assume that those are the illegals, you know, the people you tried so hard to see would not be covered, chairman.

Steele: Well, yeah, I mean, you know, they're here illegally. Ha, ha, ha, ha.
