10. You might take a quick side trip to Williams and then to the Grand Canyon,
which can easily be done in a day or two. Williams has a train that goes to the canyon and the ticket seller is our very own ZombyWoof (at least he still was the last time I checked, sometime previous to the election).

I like AzDem's advice about staying in Flagstaff--pretty centrally located and should be an easy drive from Burbank.

Here's some info about the train. I've heard it's quite enjoyable, although I've never taken it myself. I did spend some student teaching time in Williams and I LOVED the town--great people.
