Is that right Debi?
Even at that it doesn't take a great deal of brains to see that most of the population is in eastern Iowa. At @ 750,000 for each district it appears 4 & 5 will get merged with parts of others.
One night Mrs. Lib and I took a map and stretched 4 districts from east to west all the way across the state each having @ 750,000 (eg dist 1 from dubuque to Sioux City including W'lo/CF and Mason City and Fort Dodge. Dist 2 Davenport to CR then due west. Dist. 3 Muscatine => Iowa City => DM end. Dist 4 everything else. Would include Burlington, FM, Keokuk and CB.) Wouldn't that be fun?
