3. I wish the timing would have been different..
cause I would have enjoyed meeting you. A few nights they were able to keep the tent open till 8:00, but I heard that monday and tuesday they had a really hard time finding people that could work. The fair tent seems to be sort of a free for all where any county that wishes to staff it does, and if nobody shows up it's kind of abandoned.

Part of me likes that it's the way that it is, because you never get the feeling that the tent 'belongs' to a certain group of democrats. It's not even a tiny bit elitist. On the other hand, I think that a little bit of organization might make the tent more useful, so maybe we could make it a DU project somehow.
