9. Here's the big problem in OK
You may have counties that have more registered Dems than Reps but they have no problems with crossing party lines. From what I've experienced in working with the Dem party in my county is that, with few exceptions, they are a pretty conservative lot. I imagine it's that way in most counties in the state.
