White and Rick Noriega did an outstanding job in a very short amount of time. I need to find out more about the Smart Growth. Sounds interesting.

I previously didn't know until informed here, that White was involved with a Tom DeLay fundraiser, which is a huge red flag for me, however, I did find this on Burnt Orange report:

"White never raised money for DeLay, never contributed money to DeLay and, in fact, the invitation does not even say that White would be in attendance. It just notes that DeLay had been working with city officials like Mayor White "to improve mobility throughout their region."
