Environmental legislative priorities meeting 1/6/07, Seattle

The 2007 legislative session is just around the corner. As you may know, WEC is a member of a coalition of more than 20 leading state-level organizations working to promote healthy communities and environmental protection. Each year, Priorities for a Healthy Washington commonly agree upon focused legislation to support in the upcoming session. The priorities for 2007 are:

1. Eliminate Toxic Flame Retardants
2. Save Our Sound
3. $100 Million for Parks and Wildlife
4. Clean Air -- Clean Fuels

Priorities for a Healthy Washington Legislative Workshop

Attend the annual Priorities for a Healthy Washington Legislative Workshop as the state's leading conservation groups prepare for the upcoming legislative session. We'll hear from legislators, environmental leaders, and members of the media regarding the community's Priorities for a Healthy Washington.

All attendees have a chance to win an amazing black-and-white photo of the first repatriated totem by photographer David Adam Edelstein.
