2. And even worse than that!
One of the bogus talking points thrown around was that HAVA required replacing levers. Well in the Nassau suit, one of the courts dealing with it correctly determined that HAVA does not require lever replacement! Apparently, that judge, um, read the law. It might have even been the highest court in the land of New York State..but that's a really long thread.

One could argue that these enemies of democracy hold the court in contempt. But the anti-lever/pro-computer crowd is known for sticking their fingers in their collective ears and spewing whatever BS they can get away with.
