9. People who want to believe make you sad?
I don't understand these "THIS IS THE WAY IT IS PEOPLE, GET USED TO IT" stances.

Everyone has their own certainty of what "reality" is, but the reality being discussed is a FUTURE reality. It's absurd to make absolute statements about it. I'm not sure why so many think it's necessary to convince those who don't agree with them that their perceived future reality is the only possible one.

I want this fraudulent election overturned AND I want the system reformed to prevent it from ever happening again. What's wrong with hoping or believing that BOTH of these things come to pass?

That's what I'm hoping for, and I will neither apologize for continuing to hope for both (or stop fighting for them!), nor qualify my hope.

Personally, I NEED hope to be able to keep going, and I need to see that I'm not the only one who has it. People who desperately want to believe do not make me sad. They make me hopeful.

I WANT TO BELIEVE.
