While it is true that the evidence for fraud here may be somewhat ambiguous, the bottom line is that it raises suspicion of fraud to the point where there should be no question that the precinct involved should be fully hand re-counted.

The Triad machines are punch card machines, so there should be a paper trail that can be hand re-counted. If the hand recount matches the officlal vote tally, there was likely no fraud in that precinct. But if it is way off, that would confirm the fraud and should most definately lead to a full hand re-count of the whole state -- or at least those portions that used the Triad machines, which is about half of the counties in the state.
