But it's really not. This is not the only time phony registrations have been handed in, many by workers for Democratic or left-wing organizations. Usually it's because registration workers have to meet a quota or get paid by the number of people they sign up. Some people cheat.

Here's the point: do "Mary Poppins" or "Dick Tracy" ever show up to vote? No, of course not. They're false registrations. But it's not election fraud at all.
